Job Responsibilities

- Commercial Performance: Drive sales targets and KPIs through a strong commercial mindset and product expertise.
- Clienteling & Sales: Proactively engage clients, execute outreach, and leverage cross-selling to build long-term loyalty.
- Operations & Inventory: Manage stock control, back-of-house operations, and product replenishment.
- Visual Merchandising & Compliance: Uphold visual merchandising standards and operational guidelines to protect the Maison's image.





Profile Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience (luxury retail or ready-to-wear preferred). Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets and KPIs. Robust clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Advanced product knowledge with a focus on cross-selling and upselling across categories.
