PASG Projects is a specialist project management consultancy delivering complex building remediation projects across the strata, commercial and government sectors.

We work on projects where the solution isn’t always obvious, building defects, façade and cladding remediation, waterproofing, structural rectification, compliance upgrades and major remedial works.

Our role is to take control of the process.

From investigation and design coordination through procurement, contract administration, construction and completion, PASG represents the client and drives projects through to an outcome.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager who wants genuine responsibility, exposure to complex projects and the opportunity to become an important part of a growing consultancy.

The Prospect

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to track a programme and take meeting minutes.

You’ll take ownership of building remediation projects across Victoria, working directly with Owners Corporations, strata managers, consultants, engineers, building surveyors and contractors.

You’ll be expected to understand the project, identify problems early, challenge assumptions where necessary and keep the entire team moving toward an outcome.

You’ll have exposure to projects from initial investigation through to construction completion, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the commercial, technical and contractual aspects of project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for





- Managing building remediation projects from investigation and planning through to construction and completion.
- Coordinating architects, engineers, building surveyors, contractors and specialist consultants.
- Developing scopes of work, procurement strategies and tender documentation.
- Managing tender processes, contractor negotiations and recommendations to clients.
- Administering construction contracts, including progress claims, variations, programmes and project correspondence.
- Chairing project meetings and providing clear, commercially focused reporting to clients.
- Identifying project risks early and driving practical solutions.
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.

Who We’re Looking For We’re interested in people who are commercially minded, technically curious and comfortable taking ownership.

You’ll ideally have

- Existing experience within the construction industry, preferably within client-side project management, consultancy, building remediation or a similar environment.
- A qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- A working understanding of the Victorian construction industry,



building regulations and project delivery environment.
- Strong written communication and reporting skills.
- The confidence to communicate with contractors, consultants, committees and senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and an ability to make things happen.
- Strong relationship-building skills and an interest in developing a professional network.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with drive, accountability and good judgement. You don’t need to know everything on day one. But you do need to be someone who wants to understand the detail, takes responsibility for their projects and holds themselves to a high standard.
