We’re working with a leading global CRO that is expanding its Australian FSP team and is looking for experienced CRA II and Senior CRAs across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.

This is an opportunity to move into an FSP model , where you remain employed by the CRO but work closely with a dedicated sponsor team - giving you the scale and security of a global organisation alongside a much more focused day-to-day experience.

Rather than constantly moving between different sponsors and projects, you’ll have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of your sponsor, their processes and their clinical development programmes.

Build real sponsor-side exposure

You’ll work as an extension of the sponsor’s clinical team, giving you valuable insight into how a global pharmaceutical organisation operates.

International study exposure

Work on global clinical trials alongside international teams, with exposure to complex protocols and high-quality clinical research.

More consistency The FSP model can provide greater continuity than traditional CRO project work, allowing you to become embedded within a team and build strong relationships.

Strong global infrastructure

You’ll have the backing of a major CRO with established systems, technology, training, career frameworks and resources.

Career development

Whether your goal is to progress further as a Senior CRA, move towards Clinical Project Management, or explore other areas of clinical operations, you’ll have access to structured development opportunities within a large global organisation.





What you’ll be doing

- Conducting monitoring activities across assigned clinical trials
- Managing site relationships and supporting sites throughout the study lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance with the protocol, ICH-GCP and applicable regulations
- Performing SIVs, IMVs and close-out activities
- Identifying and resolving site issues
- Supporting study start-up and site activation activities where required
- Working closely with the sponsor's clinical operations team
- Maintaining high-quality documentation and trial records
- Contributing to a cooperative, international study team

What we’re looking for

CRA II

- Previous CRA experience within a CRO, sponsor or similar clinical research environment
- Experience independently managing monitoring activities (12 months+)
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider team

Senior CRA

- Strong independent monitoring experience (4 years+)
- Experience across complex clinical trials
- Confidence managing site relationships and resolving issues
- Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations and GCP
- Ability to act as a trusted clinical contact for sites and study teams
- Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior CRAs is advantageous
