About Our Client

- Managing a portfolio of outstanding customer accounts.

- Contacting customers by phone and email to follow up overdue payments.

- Working with customers to understand their circumstances and agree on appropriate payment solutions.

- Setting up and monitoring payment arrangements.

- Investigating account discrepancies and resolving billing or payment queries.

- Allocating and reconciling payments where required.

- Maintaining accurate notes and records of collection activity.

- Escalating complex or significantly overdue accounts when appropriate.

- Working closely with finance and other internal teams to resolve customer account issues.

- Supporting aged debt reporting and helping the team meet collection targets.





- Providing a professional, respectful and customer-focused experience throughout the collections process.

The Successful Applicant

- Previous experience in collections, credit control, accounts receivable or a similar role.

- Confidence managing a portfolio of outstanding accounts.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- The ability to have sensitive or challenging conversations professionally.

- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate account discrepancies.

- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial information.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on outstanding matters.

- A collaborative approach and willingness to help the wider team.
