LIFE IN THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Club Supervisor to join our team at Rosehill Bowling Club. Reporting to the Club Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring outstanding member and guest experiences while maintaining compliance, safety and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership position that offers variety, responsibility and the prospect to develop your career within a well-established hospitality and entertainment organisation.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead daily club operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation and reporting
- Supervise, coach and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, gaming, club and legislative requirements
- Monitor venue presentation, stock levels, safety and security standards across all areas of the club




- Respond to operational demands and trade levels by effectively managing staffing resources

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:
- Previous supervisor or team leader experience within a club, hospitality or gaming environment
- Current RSA and Advanced RCG qualifications
- Strong understanding of gaming, liquor and club industry compliance requirements
- A supportive and motivating leadership style with the ability to develop and inspire teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
