With a strong pipeline of new business and retention work, they're growing out their commercial team to support pricing, profitability and strategic decision-making across all divisions.

The Role:

Sitting at the intersection of finance, data and commercial strategy, this role supports contract performance, pricing and market share analysis for some of the organisation's most significant accounts. You'll join a large collaborative team with genuine scope to grow your career.

The Duties:

- Support new business and retention contracts
- Cost modelling, revenue and labour management, and cost control
- Contract interpretation, financial analysis and reporting
- Optimise contract profitability and performance
- Communicate risks and mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain financial modelling and pricing tools
- Provide commercial analysis and insights to support decision-making, business performance and strategic planning
- Drive actionable recommendations, industry reporting, market intelligence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities,



risks and investment initiatives through research, modelling and business case development
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, pricing dynamics, competitor activity and emerging opportunities

The Criteria:

- Accounting or finance background highly regarded
- Must have relevant experience in a facilities management or building services workplace e.g. cleaning, catering, pest control, hygiene, etc.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen and confidence with numbers
- Experience in commercial analysis, financial modelling, pricing, estimating or contract management
- Highly computer literate, with strong Excel/modelling capability
- Good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders
