About You
You’re a skilled property manager with a solid background in commercial and retail assets. You take pride in delivering outstanding service to landlords, tenants, and contractors,
and you’re comfortable managing a diverse and active portfolio.
What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial and/or retail property management
- Current WA Property Management License
- Reliable transport for property inspections and site visits
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Working knowledge of facilities management and property compliance
- Experience using CIRRUS8 (Desirable)
Key Responsibilities
- Managing rent arrears and financial reporting
- Overseeing repairs and maintenance, and negotiating service contracts
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance
- Handling rent reviews, lease renewals, and vacancy coordination
- Liaising effectively with owners, tenants, and contractors
- Preparing reconciliations and audit-ready documentation
