We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager, ideally with experience in Leasing and even Commercial Sales who is looking for more than just a portfolio management role. The Role

We are looking for an all-rounder who can manage a portfolio, and also has experience and in leasing and sales. You will be supported to learn the business, build relationships with the owner group and establish yourself within the small team.

You will be given plenty of autonomy from the outset, and the opportunity to drive the business.



The right candidate will make their mark and within one to two years, take on the leadership of the department and make it their own.

About You

You will have

- Minimum 5 years’ commercial property management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases and property management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Commercial Sales and/or leadership experience highly regarded
- Certificate IV in Real Estate or Agents Representative Certificate
