Are you an experienced concrete professional ready to take the lead? We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Concrete Crew Leader to oversee daily job site operations and guide our crew to deliver high-quality work on time.
? What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise a concrete crew on residential projects
- Coordinate site prep, forming, pouring, and finishing
- Read and interpret plans and project specifications
- Ensure safety standards and quality control are met
- Train and mentor crew members
- Clear communication with those around you
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of concrete experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of house slab form works, rebar placement and finishing
- Ability to manage crew productivity and job site organization
- Solid understanding of safety regulations
- Valid driver’s license and MR licence
