Sydney | Multiple Industrial Projects | Senior Commercial Oversight

I’m working with an established Tier 2 Head Contractor looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator into a broader commercial role across its industrial portfolio.

Rather than sitting solely on one project, you’ll have commercial oversight across multiple live industrial projects, while supporting and mentoring CAs within the business.

The Role

- Commercial oversight across multiple industrial projects
- Support and mentor Contracts Administrators across project teams
- Review procurement, subcontract letting and commercial strategy
- Assist teams with variations, claims, EOTs and contractual issues
- Provide consistency across forecasting, cost reporting and commercial processes
- Work closely with PMs, senior management and the broader commercial team
- Identify commercial risk early and support projects through to close-out

About You





- Experienced Senior CA / Contracts Manager from a Head Contractor
- Strong industrial project experience
- Proven experience across procurement, contract letting and commercial management
- Comfortable overseeing multiple projects rather than being embedded in one
- Robust communicator who can mentor and support junior/intermediate CAs
- Commercially sharp, practical and able to work autonomously

This would suit an experienced SCA who enjoys the commercial side of construction and developing others, and is ready for broader responsibility across a portfolio rather than another single-project CA role.
