Job Summary:

As the Receptionist/Administration Officer at Tasmanian Quality Meats Pty Ltd, you will be the face of our business, handling queries and providing a warm welcome to our clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, managing a variety of administrative tasks, supporting our team, and contributing to the overall success of our company

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for the business, welcoming visitors and managing enquiries.
n
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
n
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
n
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
n
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and operational.
n
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
n
- Coordinate accounts payable, including processing invoices,
verifying vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
n
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
n
- Provide general support to visitors and staff.
n
n
What We’re Looking For
n
n
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
n
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Friendly and qualified demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
n
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
n
- Experience with Xero highly desirable
n
- Reliable, punctual and great work ethic.
n
