This is the role customers call first. You'll take their orders, solve their problems, and make sure what they need arrives when we said it would. For a small team supplying industrial customers who work to tight schedules, that matters enormously.

Reporting to the CS & Admin Team Leader and working alongside sales, operations and finance, you'll:

n

- Delivering a consistently exceptional sales experience to customers
n
- Providing support to the sales team by being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
n
- Receiving customer orders (via phone and email)
n
- Creating sales orders in Ostendo (ERM) in an accurate and timely manner
n
- Generating daily delivery dockets as required (including pick up dockets)
n
- Allocation of deliveries (small scale)
n
- Generating customer invoices
n
- 1st review of transport supplier invoices
n
- Processing credit card payments
n




- Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all Crosbe products and services to ensure a superior service and sales experience for our customers
n
- Actively contribute to a vibrant, collaborative team focused workplace
n

What you'll bring

- Experience in customer service or administration
n
- A calm, confident and professional phone manner
n
- Familiarity with ERP systems, with specific preference for Ostendo experience.
n
- Genuine attention to detail - our customers rely on the orders being right
n
- Flexibility to adapt as customer needs shift
n
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
n
- Ostendo exposure is a bonus, not a requirement - we'll train you
