About the Role

n

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer (Level1/2) to act as the "hands and feet" of our Sydney operations. This is a agile, hybrid role that balances remote work-from-home support withessential on-site client visits across Greater Sydney. You will be at theforefront of modernizing client environments, moving away from legacyvirtualization toward Proxmox, and integrating AI-driven tools like MicrosoftCopilot.

Must Haves

n

n
- Sydney-Based:Must reside in Sydney with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle(mileage/travel fully reimbursed).
n
- M365Proficiency: Strong experience in Microsoft Office 365 administrationand management.
n
- Patience& Communication:



Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to"non-tech-savvy" clients with a respectful, patient"Aussie" communication style.
n
- Curiosity:A genuine hunger to learn recent stacks, read logs, and master emergingtechnologies.
n

Role and Responsibilities

n

n
- Provideremote and on-site technical support for hardware, Dell servers, andvirtual environments.
n
- AdministerM365 environments and assist in Microsoft Intune migrations andautomation.
n
- Supportthe transition of client environments from VMware to Proxmoxvirtualization.
n
- Monitorand troubleshoot elite cybersecurity stacks, including Arctic Wolf,Crowdstrike, and Netscope.
n
- Travelto client sites (CBD, Western Sydney, Richmond, Bankstown) for hands-ontroubleshooting and hardware setups.
n
- Collaborateclosely with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex technicalglitches.
n

Experience/Skills & Qualification

n

n
- Provenexperience in Level 1 or Level 2 technical support, ideally within an MSPor multi-client environment.
n
- Solidunderstanding of Windows Server and general hardwaretroubleshooting.
n
- Exposureto cloud-based automation and endpoint management.
n
- Abilityto troubleshoot independently by reading logs and seeking documentation.
n
- RelevantIT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA,



or Security) are highly regarded,but a "keen to learn" attitude is the priority.
n
