Assitant Trade Warehouse Manager - Burleigh Heads, QLD

We are seeking a hands‑on Assistant Trade Warehouse Manager to support the daily operations of our busy Trade Centre and Warehouse based in Burleigh Heads, QLD.

This is a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse operations, inventory management, customer service, trade sales, and delivery driving. Working alongside the Trade Warehouse Manager, you will help ensure the warehouse runs efficiently while providing outstanding service to our trade and retail customers.

About the Role

As the Assistant Trade Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our warehouse and trade centre operations. You will support stock control, customer service, sales activities, deliveries, workplace safety and overall operational performance.

This is a role where you will lead by example and help create a positive, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, stock control and housekeeping.
- Deliver products to customers safely and professionally using company MR vehicles.




- Provide outstanding customer service through trade counter sales, enquiries and relationship building.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and purchasing processes.
- Support safety, team performance and business goals while helping drive sales and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- Current MR Driver's Licence
- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to safely lift and handle flooring and warehouse products
