- Conduct routine assessments and monitor the health status of expectant mothers and newborns.

- Educate patients on pregnancy, childbirth, and infant care, guiding them through the transition to motherhood.

- Assist in the development of individual birth plans and preferences, advocating for patients' wishes and needs during labor and delivery.

- Implement evidence-based practices and protocols to ensure quality care and positive outcomes for mothers and their babies.

- Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.

- Maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

- Participate in community outreach programs to promote maternal and infant health.

Essential Qualifications: nn
- Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery or equivalent qualification recognized in Australia.

- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a midwife.
n
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Desired Experience: nn
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in midwifery practice, including hands-on experience in labor and delivery settings.
