We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to lead and oversee all operational aspects of the Light Vehicle and Diesel & Ancillary Contract's at Newmont Boddington Gold Mine.

Key Responsibilities

As the Contracts Manager, you will:

- Champion and promote a strong Safety First culture.
- Ensure compliance with company and client Safety & Health Management Standards.
- Manage all maintenance activities in accordance with contract requirements.
- Drive equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance performance.
- Develop and monitor contract targets, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business mangament
- Manage inventory and maintenance resources efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee risk management, quality, productivity, utilisation, and cost performance.
- Oversee contract management to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Trade qualification in:





· Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (MEM30205 or MEM30219), or equivalent.
- Schedule 26 Supervisor Certification under WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022, or willingness to obtain.
- Current C Class Driver's Licence.
- Extensive experience in the mining, , or heavy equipment industries in a similar leadership role.
- Strong maintenance management and operational leadership experience.
