Cosmetique is seeking a motivated Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our cosmetic nursing team.

This role is suited to both experienced or emerging cosmetic nurses seeking to enter the cosmetic sector with structured training, strong clinical governance, and a clear long-term career pathway.

Cosmetique is Australia’s first accredited cosmetic clinic group, with a highly visible and rapidly expanding national footprint.

The Role

As a Cosmetic Nurse, you will play a key role in clinical delivery, patient experience, treatment standards, documentation, and day-to-day clinic operations. Comprehensive cosmetic injectables training is provided for suitable candidates entering the sector.

The role may also include acting as the Responsible Party under the relevant Poisons Permit, with full governance, policy, and compliance support provided by Cosmetique.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who demonstrates skilled maturity, robust judgement, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety. You must be qualified, reliable, commercially minded, and interested in building a long-term career in cosmetic medicine.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be passionate about cosmetic nursing, patient experience, and long-term career progression. You may already have cosmetic injectables experience, or you may be a Registered Nurse with strong general nursing experience who is motivated to enter the cosmetic sector.

Graduate programme experience or prior clinical nursing experience is desirable.

Clinic Ownership Pathway

This is more than a traditional nursing role. High-performing nurses who successfully complete probation may be invited to buy into a Cosmetique clinic, creating a structured pathway from Cosmetic Nurse to clinic owner.

Existing nurse owners within the group are achieving approximately $250,000 per annum take-home, with no late nights or excessive hours.

This pathway is designed for ambitious Registered Nurses who want to combine clinical practice with genuine business ownership, supported by Cosmetique’s centralised systems, governance, marketing, administration, and operational infrastructure.
