WE’RE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE & MARKETING ASSISTANT ROLE
Nurse Renee is looking for an experienced Customer Service & Marketing Assistant (as one role) to help look after our community and bring our marketing to life.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing customer emails, social media messages and enquiries with warmth, efficiency and attention to detail.
- Resolving order, delivery, return and product enquiries, keeping customers updated from start to finish.
- Coordinating creator and affiliate communication and follow-ups.
- Sharing customer feedback to help improve our products, communication and customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service and marketing, ideally within beauty, skincare or e-commerce.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to capture our cheeky, personal brand voice.
- Robust organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
- Someone who takes initiative, solves problems and can manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva and social media platforms is highly regarded.
- A genuine interest in skincare and making customers feel looked after.
