Australian Plastic Profiles (Aussie Duct) / Pipe King P/L is a leading manufacturer of PVC Extrusions and Fittings for the Electrical, Plumbing and Building industries. The company has a national presence with operations in all mainland states and has experienced impressive growth over a sustained period.

A role currently exists for a Customer Service/ Internal salesperson at our Direk, South Australia branch. The successful candidate for this role will need to excel in customer service and be able to work well in a team environment.

Duties of this role are varied and include:

- All aspects of phone sales including pricing and product enquiries
- Sales Order processing on SAP
- Building business relationships with customers through identifying customer needs and providing accurate product support




- Communicating and collaborating effectively with team members and internal departments to ensure that client needs and timelines are met

About you:
- Great time management and organisational skills with a focus on customer service
- Computer competency including experience with using a SAP platform
- Experience in a B2B sales workplace
- Experience in the Electrical, Plumbing or Building industries would be a strong advantage although not essential.
