Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding service across inbound customer enquiries

- Assist with everyday banking and digital banking support





- Guide customers through online and mobile banking platforms

- Troubleshoot issues and identify effective solutions

- Recommend relevant products and services based on customer needs

- Meet performance and service quality objectives

About You

- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, contact centres, or similar customer-facing environments

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

- Ability to build rapport and deliver empathetic customer support

- FSR Tier 2 Accreditation is advantageous, but support can be provided to obtain it
