H People is exclusively partnering with a major sheet metal manufacturer in Richlands to find a friendly and efficient Customer Service Clerk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, well-respected company and play a key role in delivering excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Contact - Answer calls, respond to emails, and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Order Processing - Enter and track orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
- Enquiries & Support - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Problem Solving - Manage returns, complaints, and follow-ups, escalating where required.
- Team Coordination - Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to keep orders moving.
- Record Keeping - Maintain up-to-date customer files and documentation.

Requirements





- Experience in customer service or order processing (manufacturing or trade background an advantage).
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Full Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident).
- Ability to pass a functional medical and drug & alcohol test.
- Must be willing to work 5 days week
