Industrial Painter & Blaster – Darwin (Local Role)

PCM Group is an Industrial Services Provider specialising in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Marine sectors. We deliver safe, high-quality industrial maintenance solutions through Abrasive Blasting, Protective Coatings, Concrete Remediation, and Industrial Services across Australia.

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Industrial Painter & Blasters to join our team for ongoing works in Darwin, Northern Territory.

About the Role

This is a local Darwin-based position. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality industrial maintenance services while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

Scope of works includes:

- Abrasive blasting and protective coating application
- Mechanical surface preparation
- Concrete remediation works
- Ensuring all work meets client specifications and quality standards
- Maintaining a proactive commitment to workplace health and safety
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

- White Card
- Current Class C Driver's Licence
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in the industrial coatings industry
- Ability to work safely in high-risk environments
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening




- Must have reliable transport and be able to travel to site in your own vehicle

Desirable Qualifications

- Working at Heights
- Confined Space Entry
- MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card)
- Certificate III in Surface Preparation and Coating Application
- NACE Level I or II
- Polyurea experience
- HR Driver's Licence
