Overview

As a Data Center Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing contracts and vendor relationships for data center operations. This includes negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and managing vendor performance. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the data center operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address contract-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and vendor performance metrics.
- Provide support for audits and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Experience in contract management and vendor relations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in data center operations or technology industry.




- Knowledge of contract law and compliance regulations.
