Dental Precinct is seeking a dynamic, highly organised and experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly team at our practice located in Bushland Beach, Townsville.

About the Role

As a key member of our dental practice, you will play an integral part in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our clinic.

Your responsibilities will include

- Chairside assistance during general and other dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and cleaning between patients
- Instrument sterilisation and infection control according to strict infection control protocols
- Maintaining and restocking dental supplies
- Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Providing a welcoming and reassuring experience for patients
- Assisting with reception and administrative duties when required

About You We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience as a Dental Assistant




- Has a sound understanding of infection control and sterilisation procedures
- Communicates confidently with patients and colleagues
- Is organised, dependable and attentive to detail
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
- Holds a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable but not essential)
