Dental on Cambridge is located in the bustling Manly Village a short stroll from the picturesque waterfront harbour. We have a professional but relaxed attitude focused on making great experiences for our patients. We are open Monday to Thursday 8:30-6:00 pm, and Fridays 8:30-4:30 pm - no weekends!
The Role
We are a small team of 6 supporting 4 dentists, looking to add a talented and experienced healthcare skilled to our team. Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and someone who prides themselves on accuracy and customer service. This position is a part-time or casual with a range of hours available between 30-38 hours weekly.
The right candidate must be willing to work a variety of shifts (mornings,
afternoons and all day). We are ideally looking for a candidate seeking to build a career in dental.

Qualifications & experience
- At least 6 months DA experience required, more experience the better!
- Experience with Exact dental practice management software an advantage
- Combined Dental Assistant and Reception experience an advantage
Tasks & responsibilities The right applicant will be able to facilitate positive patient experiences - from your welcoming smile and greeting, to ensuring patients are comfortable during treatment. Your communication skills and customer service focus will be second to none and your polite and professional tone will ensure that patients will remember you by name. You will pride yourself on providing professional support to our tight-knit team and all of our patients. As we're looking for a seasoned professional you will have experience with customer service software, processes and workflow.
You will have a thirst for learning and work proactively to learn how we do business, ensuring accuracy and team work are your top priorities. We're also looking for someone who asks for clarification to ensure accurate information is provided to patients at all time, we value clear communication.
As a small practice, each team member is trained to be able to work across front desk and chair side.
