About the Role
Make a meaningful impact as a Clinical Dietitian, delivering high-quality nutrition care that supports rehabilitation and recovery. Work alongside a skilled team to tailor care to patient goals, improve outcomes and support safe transitions home.
- Deliver specialist nutrition care for complex needs
- Assess needs and develop tailored dietetic care plans
- Support rehabilitation goals, recovery and safe discharge
- Collaborate with patients, carers and interdisciplinary teams
- Contribute to quality improvement, education and research
About You You’re a collaborative and adaptable Dietitian who brings sound clinical judgement, clear communication and a commitment to evidence-based, person-centred rehabilitation care.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Hold a Dietetics qualification eligible for Dietitians Australia
- Bring rehabilitation experience with complex adult care needs
- Deliver evidence-based, person-centred dietetic care
- Work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Prioritise complex workloads and communicate with confidence
