We're looking for an experienced Digital, CRO & Experimentation Lead to drive digital optimisation, experimentation and digital operations across our portfolio of brands. This is a key leadership role for someone who excels at turning insights into action, optimising customer journeys and leading high-performing teams to deliver measurable growth.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Growth & Lifecycle, you'll lead a team of five specialists and work closely with stakeholders across Brand, CRM, Product, Technology, Analytics, Sales and Marketing. Using data, customer insights and experimentation, you'll improve acquisition, engagement, retention and overall digital performance.

What will you do? / How will you help?

- Lead the CRO and experimentation roadmap to drive digital growth and improve customer experiences.
- Deliver A/B testing and optimisation initiatives across digital channels and customer journeys.
- Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve conversion, engagement and retention.
- Oversee digital operations, ensuring content and journeys are accurate, compliant and optimised.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences and business outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations and strategic business decisions.




- Champion customer-centric thinking and best practice in digital optimisation across the organisation.

What do you need? /What are we looking for?

- 8+ years of extensive experience in CRO, experimentation and digital optimisation.
- Proven success leading A/B testing and experimentation programs.
- Solid digital analytics capability and confidence using data to drive decisions.
- Experience managing websites, digital journeys and content operations.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes in complex environments.
- Experience working across customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement or retention programs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Optimizely, GA4, Adobe Analytics or similar platform.
