Kwik Kopy Hilton is a family-owned print, design, and signage business, established for over 20 years and based 3 minutes west of the Adelaide CBD. The Role:

We need a Digital Print Operator to join our small, close-knit production team. You will work across our wide format, small format digital print, finishing, and dispatch functions, moving between tasks as the daily production schedule requires. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, follows procedures closely, and is confident making the call on routine issues without needing to check in on every one.

Industry experience is welcome but not essential. We provide hands-on training and a growing library of documented procedures. We want someone motivated to learn our systems properly, apply them consistently, and speak up where something isn't working.

Responsibilities:

- Operate wide format equipment (flatbed printer, digital cutter) and small format digital print equipment to a consistent standard.

- Complete finishing tasks — cutting, laminating, mounting, assembly — to specification.

- Assist with preparing orders for dispatch and courier collection, accurately and on time as required.

- Preflight supplied artwork before production, checking colour accuracy and file quality.

- Follow documented procedures where they exist; flag anything that's missing or needs updating.





- Check job quality against the docket at each production stage.

- Carry out routine equipment maintenance, and troubleshoot and resolve minor issues on your own — escalate anything that needs a second opinion.

- Keep accurate production records.

- Maintain stock of paper, media, and finishing materials.

Requirements:

- Willing and able to work across all areas of the production floor — wide format, small format, finishing, dispatch — as the daily schedule requires.

- Excellent attention to detail; you check your own work before it moves to the next stage.

- Comfortable following documented procedures, and confident making routine calls on your own — while knowing when something is unclear and needs a second opinion rather than a guess.

- Reliable and consistent; your work is the same standard every time.

- Able to work independently once trained, and as part of a small team.

- Good organisational and time management skills.

- Clear, direct communication with your team and with customer service.
