Community Access (Ipswich): Make a Meaningful Impact with BTSS

Better Tomorrow Support Services (BTSS) is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. We’re currently seeking experienced casual Support Workers to assist an exceptional participant in Ipswich, supporting their daily living needs and active engagement in the local community.

ABOUT YOU:

Are you an experienced Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Worker looking for a role where your reliability, compassion, and professionalism truly make a difference?

At BTSS, we’re passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex mental health needs. We’re seeking team members who share our commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and empowering the people we support.

Applicants with at minimum 2 years' experience in working with participants who have high complex needs e.g. experience with challenging behaviour would be highly desirable and experience with implementing positive behaviour support.





The successful applicant must be reliable, have flexibility to work across a variety of shifts including day (4-6 hours) and on occasions afternoon and sleepover night shifts. Applicants will be committed to providing quality and qualified supports in their home and in their community. Extensive training will be available for the right applicant.

Desirable (Not Essential):

Having personal interests that may help build rapport such as graffiti art, tattoos, or movies can be beneficial but is not required.

Requirements of the role are:

Experience in mental health and psychosocial disability support

Driver's license

Current first aid & CPR certificate

Blue Card / Yellow Card

High level communication skills
