About the Role

You'll support NDIS participants in their homes and communities, helping them live with independence, dignity, and confidence. No two days are the same — one day you might be assisting with personal care, the next supporting someone at a social outing or helping them build a new skill.

What You'll Be Doing

- Personal care support (showering, grooming, dressing)
- Assistance with daily living tasks (meal prep, light cleaning)
- Community access support (appointments, shopping, social outings)
- Implementing individual support plans and behaviour strategies
- Encouraging independence and skill development
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and reports
- Creating a safe, respectful environment for participants

About You

What You'll Need

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Disability (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Police Check
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Pay & Conditions Paid under the SCHADS Award, Home Care Employee – Disability Support (Schedule E).

- $36.00–$43+ per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and pay point
- Penalty rates, overtime, and allowances paid in line with the Award
- Superannuation paid as per legislation

Pay: $35.00 – $43.00 per hour
