Female Disability Support Worker – Dementia Experience Required- Forest Lake

We are seeking an experienced female Disability Support Worker to provide compassionate and person-centred support to a participant living with dementia.

Requirements:

- Previous experience supporting people living with dementia
- Strong understanding of dementia care and responsive support
- Compassionate, patient and respectful approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and other required compliance documents
- Reliable and committed to providing consistent support
- Experience with personal care, daily living activities and community access is desirable

We are seeking reliable and experienced support workers to support a female NDIS participant with a neurological/physical disability and cognitive disability.

About You

We are looking for support workers who are:

- Experienced in Australia supporting NDIS participants, including personal care and high-care needs
- Compassionate, reliable, and skilled
- Able to work independently and follow individual support plans

Essential Requirements





- Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
