About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Document Controller who is looking to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of complex engineering projects across our Technology division.

Reporting into the Quality Assurance & Commissioning Manager and playing a critical role to our success, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing project document control activities, including the maintenance of document registers, document issuance, transmittals and the receipt of project documentation across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensuring project deliverable registers remain accurate, up to date and aligned with client, project and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintaining project, site and third-party documentation, including filing systems, induction records, training records and compliance documentation.
- Working closely with project teams and key stakeholders to improve document management processes, standardisation, database structures and overall documentation governance.
- Supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of document control systems, databases and data links to improve efficiency, accuracy and traceability.
- Coordinating project correspondence across client portals,



document management systems and email communications, ensuring information is captured, tracked and distributed appropriately.
- Assisting with purchasing and inventory activities, including purchase order administration, expediting of materials, inventory management and spare parts tracking.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce documentation errors and implement new systems, tools or technologies that enhance project delivery.

About You:

- Demonstrated experience in Document Control, Document Management or Project Administration within an engineering, construction, infrastructure or project-based environment.
- Proven experience maintaining document registers, managing document workflows and coordinating controlled project documentation across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong systems capability, with experience using document management platforms, databases and software packages such as Jira, TeamBinder, Bluebeam or similar project administration tools.
- Exposure to client document management platforms such as Aconex, ProjectWise, Aveva, Elecdes or comparable engineering and project delivery systems will be highly regarded.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy within fast-paced project environments.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to engage stakeholders, seek information and drive outcomes where required.




- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and document governance.
- Experience supporting purchasing, inventory management or material tracking activities will be highly regarded, although not essential.
