We are seeking motivated Drainers & Drainer Offsiders to join our Ingrounds crew, assisting with the installation of sewer, stormwater drainage, water and gas mains for civil subdivisions and commercial plumbing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sewer, stormwater drainage, and services pipework installation
- Monitor and assist with trench excavation for pipework installation
- Liaise with and take direction from the Leading Hand and Project Manager
- Drive improvements in efficiency, safety and quality standards
- Actively communicate and promote Tracc Civil’s values and commitments
Key Requirements:
- Current and valid Driver’s Licence
- Construction Induction (White) Card
- High-quality workmanship and specialist technical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Robust team player with leadership potential
