Experienced Support Worker Required
We are seeking an experienced female support worker to provide in-home support to two female participants.
Duties include:
- Medication management
- Personal care and daily living activities
- Meal preparation
- Light household duties
- Providing compassionate and respectful support in the participants' home
Shift Schedule
Week 1
- Monday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Week 2
- Monday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Pay Rates
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
- Base hourly rate: $36.81
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am,
Monday to Friday) $41.23
- Saturday: $51.54
- Sunday: $66.26
- Public holiday: $80.99
Requirements
- Previous experience in disability or aged-care support
- Experience with medication management and personal care
- Reliable, compassionate and professional
- Ability to work independently and follow support plans
- A current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children Check - Employee
