Capers Early Learning - Samford is growing, we are on the lookout for a passionate Educational Leader, and qualified Educators to guide & nurture our little learners through a play-based program.

Located only 25 minutes from Chermside, we are proud to be in the heart of the beautiful Samford Valley, where nature is not just a backdrop it’s our learning environment.

We are also looking for a passionate, experienced Educational Leader to support and Mentor our Team in providing the best possible outcomes for our little learners.

Requirements & experience:

- A Diploma (Studying encouraged to apply) or a Cert III in Children's Services
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
- Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other Educators
- Comfortability in a collaborative teaching environment

Duties & responsibilities:

- Support children’s learning through play-based and outdoor experiences
- Lead and contribute to our Nature Play Philosophy
- Collaborate with families and educators to create a warm, inclusive workplace
- Be reflective, intentional, and innovative in your practice.
- Lead and support our Indoor/Outdoor Program.
