? The Fine Print

Role: Early Childhood TEACHER (Part-Time) approx 22.5 hours per week, over 3 days, beginning Term 1 2027. This position is a one year contract for terms 1, 2, 3 and 4 2027.

In-session teaching days: Tuesdays and Fridays 8am-4:30pm (session 8:30am-4pm)

Onsite planning day: Thursday

Role: Early Childhood EDUCATOR (Part-Time) approx 23 hours per week over 4 days, beginning Term 1 2027.

In session teaching days: Tuesdays and Fridays 8:15am-4:30pm (session time 8:30am-4pm)

Onsite planning day: Monday

Lunch cover day: Wednesday (3hrs)

Pay and Conditions: as per VECTEA 2020, or its successor.

Qualifications: ACECQA-approved qualifications; Teacher: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Educator: minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Bonus points for dual quals!

Must-Haves:

-relevant qualifications

-Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

-Sound understanding of Child Safe Standards

-Completed Mandatory Reporting Certificate and National Child Safety Certificates (courses 1-4)

-Minimum of 3 years experience in Early Childhood Education, preferably sessional kindergarten experience

-Experience working with children from trauma backgrounds

-A giant heart
