The electrical team here is solid: a Discipline Lead, three Senior Engineers, and one Intermediate. But the Lead's plate is full — juggling team leadership, project delivery, client relationships and site work — and it's time to bring in a right-hand engineer who can genuinely share that load.

You'll be: (This isn't a "sit at your desk and crunch numbers" role.)
· Getting out to site and in front of clients — this is a relationship-driven role, not a back-office one
· Taking ownership of smaller projects and starting to build the people-leadership muscle that comes with seniority
· Designing power and distribution — across a wide variety & diversity of projects, using the “full technical toolkit”
If you're a smart, hungry intermediate Electrical Engineer looking for a genuine growth path toward a senior role — with real autonomy, client exposure and a leader who'll back you — this is worth a conversation.
What you'll bring:
· ~5 years' experience in building services consulting, ideally in Australia
· A relevant engineering degree (Australian institution preferred)
· Eligibility for NER — bonus points if you're already a certified Design Practitioner under the DB&P; Act
· Solid grasp of the relevant Standards and Codes
· Revit skills — nice to have, not a dealbreaker
· A commercial head on your shoulders — you get that time, productivity and quality all cost money
· A well-presented, can-do attitude, and the self-motivation to run with things
