About the role

This role will suit supervisors with robust electrical construction experience who are comfortable leading crews, coordinating daily site activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Depending on the project, responsibilities may include supervising electrical construction crews, coordinating labour, materials, plant and work fronts, and managing various electrical construction and installation activities across mining, resources, power and infrastructure projects throughout Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising electrical construction crews and daily site activities
- Coordinating labour, materials, plant and work fronts
- HV and LV electrical construction and installation
- Cable installation, glanding and termination
- Switchboards, MCCs, transformers and field equipment
- Brownfields upgrades and shutdown works
- Coordinating testing and commissioning activities
- Reviewing drawings, scopes, ITPs and work packs
- Managing QA documentation, inspections and project records
- Working closely with project management, engineering, client and subcontractor teams

About you





- WA Electrical Licence
- Previous experience supervising electrical crews within mining, resources or heavy industry
- Strong electrical construction knowledge
- Must have completed all relevant Schedule 26 statutory supervisor modules and successfully completed the required examination
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current First Aid
- Current CPR/LVR
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong safety leadership and communication skills
