Access Protocol is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer/Technician to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a variety of Nurse Call systems and associated equipment.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cutting-edge technology solutions for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Install, configure, and maintain a range of Nurse call systems and integrated equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electronic systems, identifying and resolving problems efficiently
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on installed systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely completion of installations
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electronics Technician or Engineer
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of electronic systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, manuals, and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification or diploma in Electronics, Electrical or a related field is mandatory
