Hays is partnering with a large and well-regarded organisation currently delivering a significant enterprise-wide transformation program. As the project moves into key implementation phases, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Engagement & Training Coordinator to support stakeholder readiness, communication activities, training delivery and business adoption.
Your new role
Reporting into the project team, you will work closely with change, training and business stakeholders to coordinate a range of engagement and readiness activities that support successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include
- Coordinating stakeholder engagement and communication activities
- Supporting the planning and delivery of training sessions, workshops and briefings
- Preparing presentations, communications, guides and user-facing materials
- Managing project trackers, schedules, action registers and reporting documentation
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder forums
- Supporting business readiness, adoption and change activities
- Assisting with implementation,
go-live and post-deployment support activities
- Building strong working relationships across project and operational teams
- Monitoring stakeholder feedback and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Technology, digital transformation or system implementation projects
- Change management, business readiness or adoption activities
- Government or large enterprise environments
- Go-live, rollout or hypercare support experience
