What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You are a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based and patient-centred care. Your sound knowledge of contemporary nursing practice, combined with well-developed clinical skills, enables you to provide high-quality care across a range of clinical settings while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
You apply strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities to assess patient needs, prioritise care and implement appropriate interventions that maximise patient outcomes. Your ability to think critically and respond effectively in complex and fast-paced environments supports the delivery of safe and responsive healthcare services.
You are an effective communicator who builds positive relationships with patients, families and colleagues through well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills. You confidently utilise information technology and clinical documentation systems to support accurate communication, continuity of care and compliance with organisational requirements.
Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, you demonstrate the ability to plan, coordinate and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal health outcomes. Your commitment to outcome-focused care, teamwork and continuous improvement ensures that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated healthcare services.
You are adaptable, reliable and committed to meeting the operational needs of the service, with the capacity to participate in a seven-day rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends, public holidays and on-call requirements, while maintaining a high standard of professional practice and patient care.

Salary will be accordance with NSW Health State Awards for the advertised classification/s. These awards are available at http://www.health.nsw.gov.au/careers/conditions/pages/default.aspx.
