2XM Recruit is seeking WA A-Grade Electricians who are ready to take the next step in their career and secure ongoing, consistent FIFO work across various WA mine sites.
You do not need previous FIFO or mining experience. If you've completed your apprenticeship, hold your full WA Electrical License and have the required tickets, we want to hear from you.
The Opportunities
We have ongoing FIFO positions available across multiple sites, including:
- Underground Electrician roles
- Camp Construction projects
- Electrical installation and construction works
- Maintenance and project-based work
These roles offer the opportunity to establish yourself in the WA mining industry while working consistent 2:1 or 2:2 rosters. What's on Offer?

Mandatory Requirements To be considered, you must hold:
- Full WA A-Grade Electrical License
- Current Driver's License
- First Aid – valid within 3 years
- LVR/CPR – valid within 1 year
- Working at Heights
- Confined Spaces
- High Risk Work License – WP
- Basic Fire or Advanced Fire Attack – valid within 4 years
- White Card
- National Police Check
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) and Drug & Alcohol screening
Current to FIFO? That's OK. These opportunities are specifically suited to qualified electricians looking to get their first start in FIFO.
You must hold your full WA A-Grade Electrical License, however previous FIFO or mining experience is not essential.
