Position Overview

Due to continued business growth, Dentsply Sirona is expanding its Equipment sales team and is seeking an Equipment Sales Specialist to support our NSW territory. As part of a sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Dentsply Sirona’s market-leading dental equipment within a defined geographical territory across NSW. Working closely with internal technical service, sales administration, and product teams, you will drive market share and penetration while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

This role suits a commercially driven sales skilled who enjoys managing complex sales cycles, project-managing installations, and providing high-value customer solutions.

High-growth role offering competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Primary Objective To profitably achieve sales and growth targets for the NSW territory by delivering expert customer advice, effective project management, and exceptional after-sales support, aligned with regional and national strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver the Company’s customer value proposition through timely, expert advice and high-quality after-sales support
- Project-manage the sales, delivery,



and installation process in collaboration with service technicians and sales administration teams
- Achieve sales budgets while ensuring prompt customer payment
- Develop and execute a written annual sales plan for your territory
- Conduct formal product presentations, attend exhibitions, and support branch-based promotional events
- Identify customer needs and demonstrate equipment solutions, including technical descriptions and applications
- Maintain accurate records in the Company’s CRM system
- Quote and negotiate pricing, prepare contracts, and record orders
- Develop tender proposals and manage sourcing and delivery of equipment
- Keep customers informed of new product developments and innovation opportunities
- Provide after-sales support including applications training and maintenance guidance
- Report on sales performance and provide feedback on product marketing and market trends
- Collaborate with colleagues by sharing sales leads and supporting broader team objectives
- Participate in product development, marketing, and customer education activities as required
- Engage in the Company’s performance review and development processes

Knowledge & Continuous Development

- Maintain up-to-date functional, technical, and product knowledge through self-directed learning and training




- Ensure ongoing understanding of systems, procedures, and compliance requirements

Teamwork & Collaboration

- Work collaboratively within the sales team, providing backup and support as required
- Partner closely with the CTS Team Leader, Sales Manager, and State Manager to identify and leverage growth opportunities across NSW

Health & Safety

- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
- Proactively identify, report, and manage workplace health and safety risks
- Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment
- Maintain awareness of internal safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement

Experience & Qualifications

- Relevant degree or certificate preferred
- Formal sales training desirable
- Demonstrated experience in a similar sales role
- Experience within the dental or healthcare market highly regarded

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to confidently communicate the features and benefits of complex technical equipment and related software solutions
