The Opportunity

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and quotations for specialised wear products and engineered solutions. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure projects are accurately scoped, costed, and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed estimates,



quotations, and pricing proposals
- Interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications
- Calculate material, labour, and production costs
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Support technical and commercial discussions with customers
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to develop solutions
- Maintain accurate estimating documentation and records
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the business

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an Estimator position
- Exposure to manufacturing, fabrication, mining, engineering, steel, or heavy industrial environments
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- CAD experience or exposure
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
- Australian working rights
