We’re currently hiring for the following roles:

Plant Operatives - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor plant equipment safely and efficiently

- Clean, inspect, and maintain machinery and work areas

- Report defects and assist with preventative maintenance (PPMs)

- Participate in conveyor belt picking and metal recovery patrols

- Support environmental and safety procedures, including spill response

- Attend training and contribute to continuous improvement





- Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s licence

- Police clearance

- Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Excavator Operator - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate excavators safely and efficiently

- Load and transport materials across the site

- Conduct routine checks and report equipment issues

- Support plant operations and assist with site housekeeping

Requirements:

- Excavator experience

- Police clearance

- Commitment to safety and teamwork
