Women's Health Goulburn North East (WHGNE) is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Executive Manager Programs and Impact to support the delivery of programs that advance gender equality, women's health and wellbeing across North East and Goulburn Murray Victoria.

About WHGNE For more than 30 years, WHGNE has worked to improve women's health, safety and economic wellbeing across the Goulburn Murray and North East Victoria region. As a feminist health promotion and advocacy organisation, we use evidence to address the systemic inequalities that shape women's lives and outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Executive Manager Programs and Impact, this role provides high-level executive, administrative and operational support while contributing to the effective delivery, evaluation, promotion and continuous improvement of WHGNE's programs and projects.

This varied role combines

- Executive and administrative support

- Program and project coordination

- Evaluation and impact reporting

- Communications and digital marketing

- Event and stakeholder coordination

- Information and records management

You will work closely with program staff, partners and stakeholders to ensure projects, communications and organisational priorities are delivered efficiently and effectively.

About You

You will bring:

- Demonstrated experience (typically 3-5 years or more) in executive assistance, project coordination, communications,



program administration or a similar role.

- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality documentation.

- Experience supporting programs, projects, events, evaluation activities, communications or digital marketing initiatives.

- High-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 and confidence using digital communications platforms including SharePoint, Canva and social media tools.

- The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, maintain confidentiality and contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.

Desirable

- Experience in women's health, health promotion, gender equality, prevention or community development sectors, with an understanding of feminist and intersectional approaches to social change.

- Experience supporting engagement, learning or community capacity-building activities, including workshops, events and stakeholder participation.

- Experience using digital communications, website, evaluation, survey or customer relationship management systems to support program delivery, reporting and continuous improvement.

Employment Conditions

This position is classified under the Women's Health Goulburn North East Enterprise Agreement Level 3, with a salary range of $86,914–$93,604 per annum. Based in the Ovens Murray and Goulburn Valley Region, including Mithell Shire, the role is offered on a contract, full-time basis and reports to the Executive Manager Program and Impact.

The successful applicant will be required to hold:

- A current unrestricted Victorian Driver Licence.

- A current Working With Children Check.

- Satisfactory reference checks.

- A satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
