Exhibitions and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly capable Exhibitions and Operations Coordinator to join our team in a temporary part time capacity at 0.8 FTE, through to Friday 2 July 2026.

Working closely with the Gallery Director, Curators, Education Officer and Front of House Coordinator, the Exhibitions and Operations Coordinator will play an important role in the delivery of the gallery’s exhibition, public program, collection and day to day operational activities.

This is a varied and hands on role suited to someone with experience in the visual arts, galleries, museums or cultural sector who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, working collaboratively and ensuring that the practical details behind successful exhibitions and programs are managed to a high standard.

The Benefits

This is a temporary part time role. The current base salary is $78,981 per annum (pro rata) exclusive of superannuation.
