About the role
This position is for an experienced Civil Plumber working in civil water and sewer infrastructure. You'll be joining an experienced civil crew working across water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure projects throughout the Gold Coast. This is not an entry-level civil position and requires solid, hands-on experience in civil works.
Key responsibilities
- Water and sewer mains
- Water and sewer connections
- Live water infrastructure works
- Stormwater and drainage works
- Pipe laying and installation
- Reading civil plans, levels and specifications
- Setting out works
- Working alongside excavators, operators and pipe layers
- Council and civil infrastructure projects
- Completing works safely and to required standards
About you
- QLD Plumbing Licence
- Demonstrated civil plumbing experience
- Strong experience with water and sewer infrastructure
- Experience working within civil construction crews
- Ability to read civil plans and understand levels
- Ability to work independently when required
- Construction White Card
- Current driver's licence - HR licence desirable but not essential
- Confined space and other civil tickets highly regarded but not essential
- Strong safety awareness
- Reliable with a good attitude and work ethic
