We’re looking for an experienced engineer in Adelaide who wants to work across the full water system, from stormwater and urban waterways to rivers, wetlands and catchments. Someone who sees engineering as more than solving the immediate problem and wants to create healthier waterways, more resilient landscapes and more liveable communities.

You’ll join our growing South Australian team and work alongside some of Australia’s leading engineers, geomorphologists and scientists, as well as ecologists, planners, economists and social scientists. The work is deliberately varied, spanning stormwater management, integrated water planning, water sensitive urban design, natural infrastructure,



river restoration, waterway design and rehabilitation.

We want someone with strong engineering experience, but also curiosity and ideas of their own. Someone interested in how water moves through our cities and landscapes, how natural processes can inform better engineering, and how stormwater, waterways and catchments can be managed as connected systems. Most importantly, you’ll want to work somewhere you can explore those ideas alongside people who care deeply about water and creating better environmental outcomes.

With a core focus in South Australia, you will also likely contribute to nationally significant projects across Australia and internationally, and learn from people at the forefront of urban water and waterway management. We invest in leadership development and give people room to pursue ideas that might not fit neatly within their day-to-day project work.
