Join the change. Electrify your future.**About the role****2 year Fixed Term Contract**As a Salesforce Application Engineer, you'll design, build and support Salesforce solutions that deliver value across AGL.

Working closely with stakeholders, architects and delivery teams, you'll develop scalable, high-quality solutions while leveraging AI, automation and modern engineering practices to improve customer outcomes and delivery efficiency.**What you'll be doing:*** Design, build and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business value across AGL.* Champion up-to-date engineering practices, including AI-enabled development, automation, and continuous improvement.* Identify opportunities to simplify processes, enhance user experiences, and improve operational efficiency through technology.* Partner with architects, delivery teams,



and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and successful outcomes.* Drive technical excellence through code reviews, reusable components, platform optimisation, and best-practice Salesforce development.**About you:*** Deep expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, OmniStudio, APIs, and Salesforce platform best practices.* Experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions across enterprise environments, including integrations with digital platforms and systems such as SAP and MuleSoft.* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, DevOps, CI/CD, source control, testing, and release management practices.* Passion for innovation, AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities that improve delivery efficiency, customer outcomes, and platform performance.* Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile teams to solve complex technical challenges, drive continuous improvement, and deliver business value.**At AGL, we offer a wide range of benefits including:*** Flexible working options including hybrid work.* Discounts on energy,
